  1. I missed the first one b/c I didn't see the second 'f,' and didn't know 'desiccate.' Two 'c's', really? Wow. Learned a lot today! Thanks, Crystal.

  3. Michele! Hi! Good to *see* you!

Old Kitty: YOU ARE RIGHT! Sometimes I will put in either a correctly spelled word – or one such as desiccate.

DeSSicate is a variation of desiCCate! Good job! :)

  7. These are always fun exercises to do. I got a few right and a few wrong. But that's why I have a great proofreader LOL!.

  8. No gold star today. It seems to me I got the easy ones wrong and the difficult one right.

  12. Karen: Hey, you got *embarrassed* right! :) It's a good thing that some of you miss words! Shows me the Challenge is helpful!

Mason: I'm so happy you like and find the Spelling Challenge useful! You have a great day also!

Carol: When some of you miss a word or two (or three...), this is affirmation for me that this exercise is of value! And yes – one day you will get that gold star! :)

Stephen: Glad you find the Challenge fun – and that you have a great proofreader. It's obvious you're aware of how valuable a good proofreader is!

Holly: It's really great to have you stop by! Watch – I'll bet you get a gold star next time around!

Christine: Thanks! And ... just FYI, it's *every time* (two words, not one). Sorry, it's really difficult to get this darn editor cap off! LOL!

Alex: Good job! I'd be interested in which word you missed!

Chris: Thanks on both counts little sis! ♥

Diane: LOL! Yes, I know you really do not like spelling (and no doubt are not very fond of the Spelling Challenge either), but at least you always do the exercise! Some of the words are bound to sink in!

I really appreciate getting feedback from you all! Whether it be about the Challenges or the Tutorials, this lets me know that what I'm posting is useful and helpful. Thanks for taking the time to share …
